This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines how INSYGHT LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you access or use www.in-syght.com and its associated content, products, and services (collectively, "Website"). Any additional terms governing your use of our Website are provided in our Terms of Use. Your access to and use of our Website constitutes your agreement with this Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the entirety of this Policy and the Terms of Use, please do not use or access our website in any way.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide. When you complete forms through our Website, purchase our services or products, respond to a survey or marketing material, or communicate with us via phone or email, we may collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment information (see “Third-party Payment Processors” below), and any other information you choose to provide. In the event that you create an account with us through Dubsado (see “Third-Party Platforms” below), we also collect unique identifiers, such as a username, account number, and password. Passwords created through Dubsado are encrypted and stored securely. We collect this information to provide our services, process transactions, respond to inquiries, and improve your experience on our Website. Please note that information you share in public forums, such as comments, chats, or message boards, may be visible to others and is not protected under this Policy.

Usage Information Your Devices Provide. We may collect information about your access to and use of our Website through our own automated tracking technologies, including, but not limited to, cookies and web beacons. These technologies gather usage information, such as but not limited to, IP address, broad geographic location, browser type and language, date/time stamps, clickstream data (e.g., button clicks, page views, time spent on a page, sequence of pages visited, referring/exit pages and URLs), and device information (e.g., type of device, operating system and version, network type, hardware and processor information).

“Do Not Track” Disclaimer. The “Do Not Track” feature on web browsers is a privacy setting that allows you to disable website monitoring and tracking. Currently, there is no uniform standard for recognizing and honoring DNT signals, so we do not respond to them, or any other similar feature. Any changes to DNT applicable law will be updated accordingly in this Policy.

Information a Third-party Provides. We use the third-party service providers listed below. These providers use their own tracking technologies to collect usage information (please see “Usage Information Your Devices Provide” above) about your access to and use of their website. We confirm that our third-party providers have your consent, or are otherwise legally permitted, to share your personal information with us. These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf unless you provide consent for other uses. However, we have no control and assume no responsibility for their privacy practices. Third-party Advertisers. We use Google Ads, Facebook , and LinkedIn to market our services.

Third-party Analytics. We use third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather information about your use of the Website including, but not limited to, demographics, device and browser information, engagement metrics, and traffic sources.

Third-party Platforms. We use Google Workspace to send emails, conduct coaching calls, document client notes, etc. as well as Dubsado as a project and client management platform.

Third-party Payment Processors. We use Stripe and PayPal as payment processors available through Dubsado. Billing information that may be collected to process payments include prepaid, credit, or debit card number, expiration dates, activation codes, billing address, direct deposit information, and/or other similar information. Please note that we do not directly obtain or process any billing information.
2. Children's Privacy

Our Website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly market to or collect personal information from them. If you are under 18, please do not give us any personal information. If you are a parent or legal guardian who has reason to believe that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete that information. In the event we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
3. Use of Information

8. Non-U.S. Residents

Our Website is operated in the United States (U.S.). If you do not reside in the U.S., any information we collect (see Section 1) will be transferred from the country in which you reside to the U.S. Your continued use of our Website indicates your consent to this data transfer.
